Tenderized Round Steak
Our best value steak. Makes the the most tender chicken fried steak you’ve ever had.

Recipe:
1/4 inch oil in a deep pan. Tallow is by far the best, but we get it, use what you got.
Pat the steak dry with paper towels. Helps everything stick.
3 dipping bowls. 1st flour, 2nd eggs and a little milk whisked thick, 3rd flour, cornmeal and spices.
Dip 1 2 3 then into the fry pan. Cook until golden brown on each side.
Usually you can carry chicken fried steak around in your truck for three days to have something to snack on. This tender crispy steak will be gone soon after it hits the plate.
